Object 39 [of 66] – Tastevin

Paul Child's tastevin is a traditional tool used by sommeliers (wine waiters) to taste a wine before serving it. A sommelier usually wore the tastevin on a chain around his neck. Paul's hung on the pegboard beside the sink.
