Object 49 [of 66] – Egg Separator

This small shallow device with center slots and two handle extensions is used for separating an egg white from its yolk. Julia kept it hanging next to the stove on the pegboard covered wall along with omelet pans, sauce pans, and other egg-y items, including a key ring adorned with a plastic fried egg.
