Black and white print, A crowd is gathered in front of a statue of a robed figure of Justice which is labeled "Supreme Court/ Constitution." Two men, Reuben M. Whitney and ? Ellicott are pulling the ropes that are around the statue's neck. There is a caricatures of Andrew Jackson (at upper right ) being carried piggy back by Major Jack Downing past the sign labeled "to the Hermitage." At the left are a couple of black men standing below three men leaving a room labeled "Senate Chamber." In the lower left, a man is handing money over to another man who is carrying a bag labeled "Levi Stock & Exchange Broker." At the lower right are five dogs chained together and representing five newspapers. In the far lower right is a depiction of the devil looking for Amos Kendall. Dialog and additional phrases appear on the print.
