How to collect material, and what to collect is very difficult in the case of Flight 93. Much of the material is in the hands of the courts of law enforcement offices as evidence--other material is being held in warehouses and is involved in liability suits. So it requires a lot of negotiation, a lot of consideration, issues about what is appropriate, and it will be an ongoing process. I think that in that case as well as other areas, it will be years before all of the artifacts that are important to this collection will be at the museum.
