Jenkins, Howard, 1915-2003

 

Howard Jenkins was the first African American in Colorado to pass the bar exam and practice law. He specialized in administrative law and was an instructor at Howard University. He was the first black member of the National Labor Relations Board, and the Director of Labor Management Reports.
