Food History Weekend Gala

Reserve your spot now for the fifth annual Smithsonian Food History Gala! Join a dynamic crowd of food professionals and enthusiasts at the nation’s history museum for a night like no other.

The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Julia Child Award by The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts. Stay tuned for the announcement of this year’s award recipient soon.

The Food History Weekend has been named “The Best Festival for Food Lovers” by Washington City Paper, and the Gala is one of Washington DC’s premier culinary events.

All proceeds from the Gala will help support Smithsonian Food History programs, research, and exhibitions at the National Museum of American History.

Gala Title Sponsor: $100,000 Level
