Height above sea level: 31 feet

Original construction:
33-foot white square pyramidal wooden tower

Rebuilds:
1959: replaced by current white cylindrical tower with a red band at the top, fluorescent orange triangular daymark, black vertical stripe

Status:
deactivated in 1959; replacement is active aid to navigation

Notes:
The 1859 chart indicates there was a "Day Range" on Point Edward in nearly the same position as the Range Lights which were established in 1903.
