Longitude: 72 deg 12 min 41 sec W

Original construction:
30-foot stone tower

Rebuilds:
1870: replaced by 55-foot wooden tower atop granite house

Status:
decommissioned in 1978 due to erosion of shoreline, replaced by automated light on dolphin
