CONTEXT "Then there's an instance where some guy in charge of our mess hall ordered this special kind of rice -- not the kind that's usually fed to people, but there's a special kind of rice he ordered through channels. And the shipment came in, only whoever brought the order in didn't know it was the kind of rice that you make sake from! So these guys were brewing sake in the camp [Rohwer]. Made their own still and they're brewing sake in camp from the rice that was specifically ordered through the government."
