TITLE "Topaz Relocation Center, Utah" DESCRIPTION "Topaz Relocation Center, Utah" by Chiura Obata watercolor, 14 ¾" x 22 ½" CONTEXT "The early morning heavy frost on the roof and ground show the severe coldness of the night. The silent sky of dawn clears minute by minute and only the visible black smoke from the chimney of the dining hall can be seen. Beyond, eastward, I can see the beautiful Fish Lake National Forest peak standing in purplish blue color.
