Roofed Japanese lantern with plug

This roofed Japanese lantern was made by Ben Junkichi Yamamoto while he was held at Manzanar. The lantern is composed of orange boxes, twigs from the trees that grew wild in Manzanar, burlap scraps from the camouflage net factory at the camp, and glass from a broken windowpane.
