Levitt St., Chicago, IL, of the 44th Portable Surgical Hospital administers first aid to a Jap found hiding in a basha by the Marsmen at Newkham, Burma. He is suffering shrapnel wounds received when the 1st Bn. of the 475 Rgt. took a hill position on 18 Jan 1945. Major Reuben A. Holden, Park Row, Cincinnati, Ohio, S-2 for the regiment interviews the prisoner through two Nisei, T/4 Toma Tasaki and T/3 Hisad Mikuni, both from Hawaii, T.H.
