Color print of a flooded city (Cincinnati) street lined with indusrial and commercial buildings. The buildings are indentified with trade signs. Numerous boats, many of them bearing the names of the businesses along the street, are in the flooded street removing people and goods from the buildings to dry land in the foreground.
